		<description>We tried a few free bug trackers but none of them really met our needs and just discouraged bug logging.  We recently got the OK to purchase the enterprise copy of jira and have found it to be extremely user friendly.  If it's a good bug tracker you want then it might be worth investigating this.

Oh, and jira is free for open source projects, check our the hibernate project for a good reference point.</description>
