		<description>I wish you'd been around when we were evaluating &lt;a href="http://www.agitar.com/" rel="nofollow"&gt;Agitar&lt;/a&gt;'s offerings.  We came to the same basic conclusions, which the Agitar guy saw as a bit of a heresy — bluntly, he was miffed that we didn't think that test-driven development was &lt;i&gt;the&lt;/i&gt; magic bullet.
