		<description>Meep, Americans generally own a disproportionate amount of the internet, it&#039;s not just .com domains. :) .us is the country code for the USA but noone uses it as such because no country code was the USA&#039;s country code for so long (thus .com, .org, .net meant USA). Now noone wants a .us domain because of that history and because country boundaries are becoming less and less important (symphonious.net is hosted somewhere in the US, but I&#039;m Australian - .net.au domains cost too much).</description>
