		<description>Hmm...there shouldn&#039;t be any feeds that far behind.  I wrote a blog post here about how retrieval intervals are calculated:

You can also go into NewsGator Online, go to your feed list, and manually &quot;ping&quot; a feed - if it was penalized for some reason, this should bring it back to life.
