The Reuters headline is misleading. What the article says is that 1 in 7 of released Guantanamo detainees become involved in terrorism. It has nothing to say about how many were involved with terrorism BEFORE being captured. Hence “6 in 7 Guantanamo Detainees Wrongly Accused” is HIGHLY misleading.
